Summary
Hoshina Soshiro is the epitome of disciplined, despite his easy-going personality. He's intelligent and fiercely loyal, and he doesn't let his status as an omega stop him from being dedicated to his role as Vice-Captain of the Third Division.
That all gets thrown out the window when he and Gen welcome a new member of their family, and for the first time in his life, Soshiro is torn between two responsibilities - his duty as a parent, and that of a soldier.
Or; after returning to duty from postnatal leave, Soshiro struggles with anxiety at being separated from his daughter during the day. Mina notices this and sends him home, where Soshiro promptly makes out with his husband, has a few heart-to-hearts, and figures out a solution. Eventually.

Narumi chokes on his cereal. "Wha–"
He's pretty sure Hoshina's eye just twitched but, as always, any real emotion disappears as fast from the man's face to be replaced by a pleasing (fake) smile.
Hoshina raises an eyebrow at him when Narumi coughs a few times. "Well?"
"Together? As in 'you and me' together?" He blurts out after some time.
Hoshina scoffs and rolls his eyes. "That's what together means, Narumi-chan."

Summary
Soldiers from the First and Third Divisions are witnessing some particularly sweet and endearing moments between First Division Commander Narumi and Vice-Captain Hoshina. Having seen them fight so frequently lately, it's all the more remarkable to see them getting along and standing by each other without provocative remarks or attempts to kill one another. However, their closeness raises questions that no one dares to voice, fearing it might shatter the fragile atmosphere.
