Summary
After the league of villains were captured for the last time the cities around the country were slowly building themselves up again. However, with the league gone a lot more villains start to show up, thinking they can take the league's place, and hoping to have the power back in the villians hands. But with villains there will always be heroes to push them back. Or in this case the kid of a hero that's technically a vigilante.
I still suck at summarys but just Izukus kid being a vigilante and knocking people out i guess
