Summary
Ida, a daydreaming fangirl, has a crush on a certain cartoon flying purple jester and wishes that she could journey into the world of dreams to be with him. But when her fantasy becomes reality, will it be a sweet dream? Or a beautiful nightmare?
This is a very old piece that has seen much hiatus but I am NOT abandoning this piece. I'm taking advantage of AO3's freeing format and hope to actually bring this beloved story to a happy ending.

Steven invites Jasper to join him on his road trip after returning early, and with nowhere to go and only one person in the world she wants to serve, she goes along for the ride. But chemistry can be volatile, even at its best. Can Steven bring out the humanity in Jasper without becoming what he fears most...a diamond? What brings out the best in some tends to bring out the worst in others.
