Summary
Jon's not sure that the house on Hill Top Road will actually let him travel to another universe, but he and Martin are out of options in a world that can no longer return to normal. The plan had been to travel to 2010 and prevent their past selves from ever working at the Institute, but Jon's forced to make a new one after getting separated and ending up farther in the past than he'd expected.
Jon's not sure who this scarred stranger is, but everything he'd been told by teachers or his grandmother is to stay away from people he doesn't know. It was kind of annoying actually, getting pestered constantly as though Jon were the perfect target for kidnappers. He might be six years old, but he wasn't stupid.
