Izuku however is struggling with heart break and betrayal not just from his boyfriend cheating on him, but also from Katsuki and Toga not being truthful with him.

Izuku Midoriya is in his second year of college at U.A. His first year he became best friend with Himiko Toga. Toga's older brother, Katsuki Bakugo, is a senior at U.A and is the star baseball player. He's dating the Pom Squad leader, Ochaco, who's also a senior. They are the campus IT couple. Their relationship is very private mostly because people are too scared to ask Katsuki about it at all.When Izuku finds out his boyfriend is cheating on him, he runs to Toga's dorm room, only to find her making out with her.... with her brother's girlfriend?! Everything that Izuku Midoriya think that he knows...is being flipped on it's head.
His boyfriend has been cheating on him. His best friend is dating her brother's girlfriend...that was never his girlfriend and turns out he's gay?!

“Yeah, yeah.” Katsuki turned his head as well, meeting Izuku’s gaze. “You’re a crappy liar.”
Maybe Izuku was imagining it, maybe he was more drunk than he thought, but he was pretty sure he noticed Katsuki’s eyes dropping down to his lips. It was brief, fleeting, almost like he was afraid to even acknowledge that he was doing it. Izuku didn’t mention it, but his heart pounded nevertheless.
He let his own eyes fall down to Katsuki’s lips for a moment as well, his throat working around a swallow, then he was lying on his back again and forcing himself to look up at the stars instead. If he didn’t, he would surely do something stupid. Like grab Katsuki and kiss him, or worse, tell him how much he was falling for him.
OR
Bakugo Katsuki is everything Izuku isn’t: popular, a star baseball player, unfairly attractive. It drives Izuku completely insane, because he’s been crushing on him for a while now, but he’s almost certain that Katsuki’s straight, so he’ll have to settle for a very painful friendship instead.

Summary
When Izuku moves away to the States as a pup, Katsuki pushes him to the back of his mind to focus on getting stronger and accomplishing his dream of becoming Japan’s number one hero. Cue All Might’s decision to retire ten years later and move back to Japan to become a teacher at the famed U.A. High School, where Katsuki is in his final year.
Tagging along with All Might to finish out his third year of high school at UA is his protégé–the gorgeous Omegan hero, Deku!

The last memory Katsuki has of Izuku is of a wailing, tear-stained runt on the playground. Was Katsuki the source of the tears? Maybe. Fast forward ten years, and the Alpha is greeted by what he can only describe as walking sex appeal. Izuku is no longer the timid pup he used to bully, but now, a confident—and bratty—hero who isn’t taking any of Katsuki’s shit!
