“It’s noth—” Atsumu’s voice catches on a cough. He presses a hand to his mouth on reflex, ignoring the judgemental glare Kiyoomi is probably giving him. Well, it’s the right decision because Atsumu coughs something into his hand, something small, petal-soft… petal-like…petal…
Oh no.
“You’re not sick are you?” Kiyoomi grumbles, sounding substantially more composed and pissy.
Atsumu closes his hand into a fist and crushes the petal. “No, I’m not.”
Fuck what everyone else says. If you ask Atsumu, bad puns and emotional avoidance are valid ways to cope with death-by-flowers disease.

Atsumu has been plagued with misfortune his whole life, beginning with the day he was born and received the terrible lifelong affliction known to most people as Miya Osamu, but perhaps falling in love with Sakusa remains the single most unfortunate thing to have ever happened to him.
If anyone asks, Atsumu's only flaw is that he's in love with Sakusa.

Summary
The challenge is simple: Anyone who can get the tassel off the cat's neck will be granted the hand of its witch, Zanka Nijiku.
Jabber has no interest in marrying some stuck-up witch, no matter how pretty he may be. What he does want, though, is access to a certain witch's garden, and the poisons within. And if the only way in was getting that snooty cat on his side, he could make nice long enough for that. He'd always been a cat person anyway. How hard could it be?
