Summary
Harry’s been coming out to the farm for months now. It’s not enough, but it never was with Harry. It’s something you just accept with him, Zayn thinks. It gets to everyone, but Zayn’s in a better position than most to tolerate it. He’s busy, and he doesn’t travel in the same world any more. He doesn’t ask Harry any questions, and up to now Harry hasn’t asked him any. That seemed like a good system.
Ever since Harry released "Lights Up" Zayn's Spotify ranking has been going up, and then my Zarry brain said, hey what if it's on PURPOSE. This is the result. Sorry/not sorry.

Summary
The events of Escape from New York, but from Zayn's POV. Harry gets drunk and comes out to the farm. Nostalgia ensues. If you've read EFNY, this one will seem fairly different, the way memories are from different perspectives. I hope it still shows the dynamic of post-canon Zayn at the Farm AU Zarry.
Usual disclaimers, although I would donate a kidney to see these two make up IRL.

Summary
Harry gets drunk, runs into Gigi, and because she's drunk too and says Zayn misses him, impulsively drives out to the farm to see him. That's it, really.
TW: this Harry is pretty unhappy. I have no reason to believe RL Harry is anything of the sort. It's fiction, an AU where Zayn is healthy and healed, away from the madness of stardom, and Harry is still caught in its clutches. It's all very rural romantic, I'm afraid.

Summary
Zayn is living on the farm in Pennsylvania when he finds he has to confront his past. It's a little bit friendship goals, a little bit Zayn healing and maturing, and a little bit Zarry, but patience is required because these idiots have Issues.
I owe a great debt to @HeartoftheSunrise and her limited series Animal Husbandry for inspiration for this 'verse. I like to think that in real life Zayn has left the cities behind and is now living a contented and calm life on the Pennsylvania farm that, technically, belongs to Gigi.

Summary
They never flew the same flight. They never flew in designer clothes. They always wore long sleeves. Zayn had had his “Love” tattoo painfully removed from his fingers and had just recently given in to Harry on the smoking lips and the symbols on his fingers in return for Harry removing the cross from his purlicue. Zayn let his hair grow out and to be safe usually wore a beanie and a high-necked shirt. Love was all about compromise.
Harry and Zayn are out in private: their families know, their friends know. But who thought the best place to come out in public would be the Met Gala?

I have always been curious what caused Zayn to leave 1D so abruptly, his subsequent alienation from the band and music that had seemed to make him happy most of his time with them, and Harry’s role in all of it. This is obviously pure fiction, just me wondering what made sense and how Zarry might have evolved and devolved. Complete.
