Diego was protective over his family. Always has been. It’s only increased since Eudora gave birth to Carmen and Carter their two four year old twins. His reluctance on introducing them to his parents was more so directed at his father. While his mother knew of the kids as Diego had told her about them and would often give her updates about them.
