When he goes to apply for a janitorial position he mistakenly goes to the interview for a life auxiliary for some guy named GallagherIan Gallagher was injured as a result of a bipolar manic episode, and now he's confined to a wheelchair with C7 quadriplegia. He tried to commit an act that would finish the job the accident started, but his sister Fiona rushed him to the hospital.
Now Fiona and Lip are insisting on Ian getting a caretaker.When a rude foul mouthed beautiful man comes to the interview Ian feels the first stirs of life he had felt in a long time.

Summary
Sixteen months ago Mickey's life was turned upside down when a social worker appeared at his door handing him two babies and telling him he was their father and they where now his responsibility.
With a new promotion and no child care Mickey has to hire a nanny to help him out, he thinks his luck is running out until a handsome red head shows up and takes his breathe away. Mickey knows how to keep things professional, but Ian Gallagher turns out to be very hard to resist.
