Summary
After the birth of his daughter due to rape, Yuuri has decided to fight the system that swept it under the rug. With his mate Victor's support along with the entire skate family, Yuuri stands up for omega rights and against the fettishizing of male omegas while reclaiming his place in the figure skating world. The skate couple have to learn how to balance family and skating and the battles before them, but Yuuri is nothing if not stubborn...and Victor would do anything for his Yuuri.

Summary

Summary
This is a direct sequel to my fic "The Longest Hours." You can jump in here if you want, but if you do, you need to know:
1). In the first fic, both Viktor and Yuuri were suicidal post-Sochi GPF and met each other on the hotel roof, where they talked each other out of jumping
2). Yuuri was supposed to be on a medication that got left behind in Detroit and was experiencing withdrawal symptoms, which contributed to his suicidal state.
3). Viktor is very in the closet because Russian homophobia is a real and dangerous thing in this AU.
4). Viktor's tragic backstory is a thing. TL;DR: his mother tried to kill him and then killed herself when he was 12, and he was disowned by his father at 19 for getting involved with another man.
5). Those two things combined let Vitya to his suicidal state.
6). They fall in love quickly, even if they don't call it that for a long time.I'd be happiest if you gave the first part a glance before this, though. I worked really hard on it!

Summary
Viktor was empty. Disconnected from everything, his medals did nothing to shake the apathy and pain that had been his internal norm for too long. After the gala, before the banquet, Viktor slipped back to the hotel. Up on the roof, the skyline of Sochi stretching out before him, Viktor prepared to jump. He didn't prepare for the appearance of Katsuki Yuuri on the roof as well, or for his competitor to declare this to be his suicide and that Viktor can go ahead and go back inside.
