One night, she is visited by three clients, who all make the same request: find a silver-haired man by name of Sakata Gintoki, who is responsible for a government official's bad luck, a cop's frustration, and a mysterious woman's infatuation.
Tsukuyo pursues the mystery of the silver-haired man, but soon becomes wrapped up in more trouble than she anticipated.
