The Silver King was not willing to leave Violet alone after her exile. He wanted her back to pay for the crimes she enacted against Ivae and it's allies. He knew sending a member of the guard or the royal family would end in failure. She knew his court too well before she left. Instead, he waited. Waited until a new royal was old enough to act against the Traitor Princess.
"Bring her back or don't come back at all." Those were the orders the Teal Princess left Ivae with.
