Summary
Víctor se arrepiente enormemente de cómo trató a la criatura en sus últimos suspiros de vida. Y, al parecer, el ángel le ha concedido una oportunidad de redención: vuelve a abrir los ojos en aquella misma mañana en que la criatura lo encontró en su habitación, después del experimento y de la noche lluviosa que cambió su destino.
Con ese arrepentimiento todavía fresco, con el deseo sincero de hacerlo mejor esta vez y con un nuevo comienzo frente a él, Víctor decide educar a su criatura para convertirlo en un verdadero hombre de sociedad: digno, culto, caballeroso. Alguien que, en el futuro, pueda valerse por sí mismo y caminar por el mundo con independencia.
Víctor deposita todas sus esperanzas en que esta vez su mano (más suave, sin brusquedades ni crueldad) pueda moldearlo en la dirección correcta.Sin embargo, Víctor no previó los sentimientos que su criatura desarrollaría, ni la forma en que actuaría en consecuencia a dichos sentimientos.

Postpartum Depression: A condition often affecting women who go through childbirth. Traumatic or not. Often it is caused by the shift in hormones, traumatic pregnancy, and a already established history of mental health issues. Such a condition causes a mother figure to feel intense disassociation, lack of empathy, inability to bond with child, and far more intense reactions that could put the child in harm's way.
What if Victor Frankenstein had the opposite reaction?
What if he found what many mothers found. Joy, relief, happiness, and a feeling of satisfaction.
What if life was just....a little kinder....
