Summary
Jinu always figured his life as a half-demon hunter would be straightforward: find demons, slay demons, keep the Honmoon seal locked up tight, repeat as necessary. No room for doubt, distractions, or demonic shenanigans.
Then Rumi shows up. She’s a full-blooded demon with a smart mouth, zero respect for personal boundaries, and an annoying habit of dodging every one of Jinu’s attacks. He’s supposed to kill her. But every time he gets close, she does something unexpected to disarm him and throws him off balance.
The more he chases her, the less sure of himself he becomes. Is he losing his edge, or is it just impossible to hunt someone who meets danger with a taunting grin?
