Did I watch 'Game of Thrones'? No. Am I a fan of 'A Song of Ice and Fire'? Also no. Do I enjoy overdetermined traditional high fantasy works? Very no. But this fic works the magic for which fic has always been famed — it usurps all your preferences & steals your breath anyway. Love it. What If All The Characters In 'Game Of Thrones' Had Behaved As If They Had A Thimbleful Of Brains: The Fanfiction. 10/10

I have a real & semi-inexplicable fondness for this ship! This is a beautifully-written, emotionally-arduous, and very erotic tradfic series that starts out with a sex-pollen prompt and ends with one of the sweetest HEAs ever. (I've read this twice in a row, one repetition right after the other. So good! So psychologically satisfying! So closure!)
