I'm not good with summaries, but here is the best I could come up with:
When Jim is accidentally abducted as a kid he discovers that humans are not alone in the universe. No one believes him in his small town and thinks he's crazy.
He looks to the stars, grows up and becomes an astronaut.
After being overlooked for the first manned mission to Mars, Jim is sent to work in a secret R&D department.
There, Jim meets his new boss, a weird guy that wears beanies all the time and doesn't like to be touched or to touch anyone. Jim swears the guy looks familiar but he just can't figure out where he knows him from.
Jim then discovers that there are others that know the truth and even work to keep Earth safe.- Language:

Summary
In the small town of Munju, a serial killer has been unearthed and captured by a local resident. The resident's name? Lee Dong-sik.
Not far away, the freshly-appointed police commissioner has been exposed as a corrupt officer and charged with first-degree murder. Seoul's Internal Affairs credit several anonymous tips that led to the arrest.
Now, Dong-sik and Han Joo-won must deal with the fallout of their respective worlds. Following concern from their friends and colleagues, both find themselves in the same waiting room - awaiting their respective therapists.
One word tentatively leads into a conversation...into a coffee...into a friendship. But can this friendship survive when there are certain secrets that can never be shared?
