freaking GOD i love this fic. my emotions are too swirly rn to form coherent sentences but this is so bittersweet and somehow manages to be beautifully executed slow burn in under 10k words. i keep going "the SCENE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" inside but i could be thinking abt any number of scenes from this. the climax was beautiful and frankly im surprised this desc is as coherent as it is bc my thoughts rn definitely are not.

it's been 5 days since i read this and ive read like 20 other longfics within this time but i still keep coming back to this one. i dont have the WORDS. the domesticity? the amusement park scene? the RAIN SCENE? THE BaLcONY SceNE?????? BRUH I HAD TO PUT MY PHONE DOWN AND TAKE A FEW MOMENTS TO COLLECT MYSELF BC ID MELTED. DEF ONE OF MY MOST FAV FICS EVER, I HAVENT READ A SLOW BURN THIS GOOD IN AGES
dazai characterization seemed off to me at first but lo and behold!! that was intentional!!! LOVE that
also feel like chuuya was a bit too forgiving but its also understandable and that opinions more subjective than objective
(note to self: ik makeouts beyond kissing arent my thing but its easy to skip past the saucy bits here. bls re read this in a few months it im getting homesick for it)
