    AU (so no specific season). Sam has managed to fly under most people's radar with this for many years, but not anymore. Not since Dean unexpectedly went missing. He's been struggling more than usual, and he finds himself in a psychiatric ward, facing a life-changing diagnosis that he’s long avoided.

    If you live with DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder) or OSDD, please make extra sure you read the trigger warnings.

    The title is from Steve Tannen's beautiful song Brother Uptown.
