Cassian slammed open the door to his father's office.
" I will not marry her. Are you insane?"
His father barely looked up from his papers and said " Are you forgetting that if you don't do as I say you will lose your inheritance and all your privilege from the family ?"
Cassian gritted his teeth and glared at back at him.
" I'll go talk to her." Cassian said turning around to walk away.
" No need,her mother has made her understand that she'll be losing her inheritance too if she doesn't comply." His father's voice rang out as he walked out of the office.
They were once everything to each other until they weren't. Now five years after their devastating breakup, Nesta and Cassian are being forced into a marriage neither of them want but can't refuse . As secrets resurface and wounds reopen, will they finally face the past that tore them apart or destroy each other trying ?
