And that golden warmth is hard to come by in Gotham, where the skies are always gray, where safety often means staying inside, and where crooked electric companies syphon energy away from those that need it the most.
He is polite to a fault. Kind-hearted without calculation. Sweet in a way that’s entirely, almost disarmingly, genuine.

Well, Tobio was a curious and frightened child, any false move and the poor thing would cry silently without making noise or disturbing anyone, he sought refuge in some figure of security in his eyes, that's why he took refuge in his grandfather, that's why he always took his hand.
To walk, to lean on, to feel safe, to feel accompanied, and to feel understood. All this was thanks to a hand bigger than his, holding him and keeping him from falling, keeping him from sinking, keeping him from getting lost.

Tadashi is an omega. Eventually, he will need an alpha. Kei didn’t respond to the onset of his heat, even when others did, and thus he is a beta. He will never be the alpha Tadashi needs.
