Kiyoomi pulled out a light from his pocket and peeled open one of the man’s eyelids to take a look at his pupils. Huh, he has pretty eyes too. “You are in Osaka General Hospital. There was a house fire where you and several other men were injured. Can you tell me your name?”
The man somewhat came to his senses, focusing his gaze on Kiyoomi when the small light was moved from his line of sight. “Holy shit.”
“What is it?” Kiyoomi asked, worry evident in his voice. Was something wrong? Is he more hurt than he let on? What if-
