Bakugou hated lying for two reasons. Reason one was that he should be able to say whatever he wanted. Reason Two was more complicated. There were consequences for lying, and he wasn’t totally sure what the consequences would be for his most recent string of lies. He had lied about where he had been, who he was with, and what they were doing. Still, he wasn’t upset he had lied. The consequences of lying were laughable in the face of telling the truth. He looked down at the small, purple idiot beside him.

Inspired by the Beatles song. Bakugou just needs to learn to admit his feelings, and a weird friendship with a purple menace may be just what he needs to figure some things out.
Or Bakugou helps Mineta be a better person and Mineta helps Bakugou get a boyfriend.

Summary
It's been 10 years since class 1-A (3-A at the time) defeated All for One. Everyone has heard of what happened that fateful day, and no one's lives were the same afterwards-including Mineta Minoru AKA The Celebrity Hero, Grape Juice. Mineta's life has been consistently on the up ever since he didn't die during the attack on UA High, and all the tabloids and even his own autobiography would tell you he had everything he ever wanted and more. This was an undisputed fact. Right?
But maybe it wasn't as good as he chose to believe it was.
A lot has changed since Mineta was a dumb teenager, and a chance encounter leads Mineta to go on a soul searching journey. He tries to figure out the reason behind why. despite having everything he ever wanted, he still felt so unhappy. This takes him to old friends and old enemies, and to explore the past he tried his hardest to put behind him.
This is his journey, through the good times.
And the bad.
