Summary
A few months after Frisk finally freed monsterkind from their ancestral prison, they underwent a procedure to restore Chara to a body of their own. It worked perfectly well, but who could have predicted that the newly reincarnated Chara would appear in a completely different world? Now Chara must find their marks in a world where everything is so familiar yet so different. After being temporarily taken in by that world's version of the Dreemurr family, can they bear being torn from everyone they know, and living with eternal reminders of what they've lost? Can they get along with Kris? What is even the deal with this place?
An AU where a few months after a true pacifist run of Undertale, Chara reappears in the world of Deltarune, once again in a body but away from everything they used to know.
