An intense, deeply emotional look at what might happen if Miroku and Sango had difficulty conceiving a child. This story is fairly short but reads like a roller coaster ride -- totally worth it.

Summary
In the final battle, where Kikyou is to take her final blow, things go strangely awry. The completed jewel hears an unspoken wish, and a heart is sent spiraling through the hands of time once more. When Kikyou awakes to find herself thrown years into the past, she must overcome her own tainted heart to fulfill her destiny. When the one weakness she has always had comes crashing back into her new found life, the miko is reminded of her every fault faster than she could imagine. An ancient soul comes seeking revenge, and at the hand of the jewel itself, Kikyou finds herself facing a war she never wished to fight. Yet she is no longer alone, learning step by step what it is to be truly human.
InuYasha/Kikyou fic involving a cast of predominantly original characters. Set in the Muromachi period of feudal Japan. Sporadically updated, but not abandoned. Contains no character bashing and/or hate.

Summary
After causing the tragic deaths of Kikyou and Inuyasha and watching the Shikon no Tama disappear from existence without being able to stop it, Naraku finds himself in a precarious position. He is still stuck in the burned, dying body of Onigumo and now he has to wait for the Shikon no Tama to reappear in the world.
With his initial goal of using the jewel to create the ultimate body being postponed indefinitely, Naraku is forced to come to terms with what he is. His frustration with that revelation only further fuels his destructive, manipulative nature and one night, Naraku discovers that he can reconstruct his body with parts from stronger yokai. Suddenly, his wait for the Shikon no Tama is an annoyance no longer. He might not even need the jewel if he can find the right yokai to build with.
Naraku still wants the Shikon no Tama, of course. He certainly won't allow someone else to use it or even worse - purify it.

Summary
Obtaining a higher education in Chemistry is a grueling process. It becomes nearly impossible when the Master's student of a research lab is chaotic and masochistic. Naraku is used to new lab assistants running away, but the new one shrugs most of his torments away. His harassing ways turn darker once he dives deeper into his research and he's dragging the new assistant with him.
