Summary
That was a hard learned lesson at the age of seven. One second Mitsuki was singing, cooing him as his cries died, swaying them side to side, and the next she was tearing herself away from Katsuki, cradling a burn on her arms against her chest while hissing for his father to come in. Katsuki, who had all but been thrown to his bed, watched as his mom put as much distance between them as possible.
Katsuki had watched as his mother grew to fear him.
Or: the one where Katsuki desperately wants human affection but is so subconsciously scared he is going to hurt someone.
