Summary
Susie donates Tenna to the school after Chapter 3 in this version of events. Now considered a permanent resident of Castle Town because of this, Tenna is desperate to make a good first impression upon both the Darkners of the town and Lightners of the school. His first show goes horribly wrong when he pushes himself too hard too soon after his near death at the hands of The Knight. He collapses on stage upon aggravating the injury in his right shoulder. This mistake leaves him dealing with chronic pain in that shoulder and the dire reality that he can no longer perform without aggravating it further. Haunted by the cold and what The Knight did to him, he's left trying to pick up the pieces with his purpose as a Darkner shattered. He will have no other choice but to find meaning and purpose beyond what the Lightners made him for.
