Summary
Van isn’t surprised by how quickly and intensely her desire for Taissa returns. It’s immediate and unstoppable.
This is why they spent so many years completely disconnected.
This thing between them, it’s undeniable.
Like a moth to a flame, Van can’t stay away.

Summary
Van didn’t plan on ever seeing her again. They certainly never planned on bantering with her so easily after seeing her for the first time in years. However, they also didn’t expect Other Tai to kiss them, or Tai’s reaction to finding out she did…
There was a long pause after, and they thought she was going to drop it. They thought maybe they could both walk away and forget this. But, just in case she didn’t, they began etching a list of all the reasons they couldn’t let this happen on their mind.
She’s married. And she came back to you
They can’t let her do this to her life. When have you ever let Tai do anything?
or: What if Van had woken Tai up at the end of S2E5? What if Tai found out that Other Tai "tried" to kiss Van that same night, instead of the next morning? Tai flirts, and Van caves.

Summary
A series of taivan Pride oneshots set in the no crash universe.
1996: Van and Taissa are 'just best friends' (who happen to hookup on occasion), as Van constantly reminds herself. As they split a joint and stargaze at one of Lottie's parties the first weekend in June, their conversation drifts towards the world beyond Wiskayok and daydreams of actually going to Pride. Perhaps, they'll find out that they both care about each other a bit more than they're ready to admit.
1999: TBA
2023: TBA
Hey y'all! Just an update that this fic is on hiatus, but chapters 2 & 3 are partially written, and I plan on finishing them before next June.
