Summary
After ten years away, Katsuki and his mom move back to Musutafu to take care of his ailing grandfather. It's for the best—after what happened last year, Katsuki can't go back to Shiketsu High. Unable to be the hero he's always dreamed he could be, Katsuki's life begins to fall into a steady decline. At his darkest point, it's the scared cries of a cat that shows him there's heroism outside of the world he once knew.
Izuku is no better off. His life without heroism and the one he longs for most directly affect his view on the world and those he holds dear.
When they finally reunite after seven years of distance, neither were prepared for the world they had come accustomed to to completely flip onto its head.
