    I finished it in one sitting...an absolutely captivating work as always 😭😭😭 i loveeee the romance, the devotion, the wonderful affection between them, but i also love the political aspects of it: the corruption that runs rampant and the rivalry between the church and state is just so chefs kiss 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙏🙏🙏🙏 a masterpiece...i held my breath the entire time while reading, and there r some parts where my heart dropped and i have to pace around the room to calm myself down OTL

    Knight!🛁 is literally so irresistable. I can completely see it: the chilvalry, the gentleness...it is fun how the holy child is supposed to be the one who is revered, but the fact remains is that they are equally devoted to one another, and its hard to say who has "saved" who... And the "holy child" imagery is truly top tier, im so obsessed 🙏🙂‍↕️ (cough lamb post cough omelas child cough cough)

    And ofc the 🚗 part is so sexy omg!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The constrast against supossed "holiness" (fake and corrupted as it might be) has truly, truly, truly elevated the entire experience to a whole other level 🫣🫣🫣🫣

    Feathers sprouted from the back of Sunday’s head. Little wings, a peculiar genetic mutation. They matched his hair colour and style in a way that almost disguised them, but only almost.
    The defining moment of his childhood was when he realised that the wings weren’t to blame for all the damage done by almost.
    Proof: there were other winged creatures—his identical twin, Wonweek, for example—who managed to exist without being at odds with the world. Wings and ruined lives didn’t travel on the same genes, apparently.

    In which: Sunday and his brother, Wonweek, are separated for the first time when they are accepted into different colleges.
    Instead of his beloved brother, Sunday starts spending his time with his roommate, Aventurine, and the college's dean, Mr Wood, who has taken a special interest in him.
    When Mr Wood introduces Sunday to a therapeutic method by the name of Cognitive Ordering, Sunday's mind starts to slip.
