He took this opportunity to meet her eyes, noticing perhaps the same insanely purple hue, the symbol of shimmer running through her veins, and leveled himself before asking, very calmly, “Jinx. Did you have Singed do the shimmer transfusion?”
Jinx shoots Silco non-fatally, dragging him to Singed's lab and pumping him full of the same shimmer she was, and their relationship changes in more ways than one as Jinx copes with how to share her true feelings with him, finally knowing the gravity Zaun could take on them if given the right opportunity. The fix-it fic to lead the two together as the only ones that truly understand eachother.

A twinge of panic made Silco’s eye go wide for the briefest moment. “What other thing?” He hoped his feigned ignorance would be a signal to drop the subject.
Of course she was too strong-willed to back down. Jinx used her free hand to push a loose bit of his hair back into place. “Do you think I’m pretty?”
Trying not to focus on the sudden desire to have Jinx run her fingers through his hair, Silco cleared his throat. They’d always been honest with each other, no sense in stopping now. “Yes, I do.”
That brought a proud, toothy smile to her face. “Liiiike, pretty pretty? Or just, y’know, pretty?”
Silco smirked. “Is this you fishing for compliments?”
“Nah, I get plenty of those from strangers I don’t wanna hear it from. So which is it?”(edited the summary, the one sentence description wasn't sparking joy.)

“It can’t happen again,” he repeats, his voice firm, authoritative, all father, no trace of the besotted lover.
In which Jinx does everything within her power to make sure it does happen again.
