Summary
Yoichi Isagi cares a lot. He cares about what his coach and hero Noel Noa thinks of his playing style. He cares about the curve of the ball as it flies into the net with ease. He cares about seeing Bachira smile on the field despite playing on opposing teams. One thing he doesn’t care about, though, is his so-called-rival, Michael Kaiser.
In fact, every morning, when they happen to be in the gym at the same time, Isagi tries his best to ignore him. And on their lunch breaks, when Kaiser happens to end up at the same shop Isagi does, he avoids eye contact like the plague. He couldn’t care less about the taller of the two, standing at a whopping 186 cm with flowing blonde hair that really doesn’t help the spotlight on him at all times. Isagi puts it aside because they’re adults. Well, almost. It’s not a big enough deal to make a fuss over.
Still, each time their paths crossed, Michael Kaiser was a beacon Yoichi Isagi couldn’t tear away from. But Isagi didn’t care. Kaiser could drop dead and Isagi wouldn’t bat an eye. That was their reality.

Bastard München is on winter break, and Noel Noa forces Isagi and Kaiser to room together.

"Bastard Munchen," Ego said, "Congratulations on your victory. You've earned yourselves a two week long break however it's not all you think. The second phase of Blue Lock is upon us, and the winners of the Neo Egoist League will need to stay for this development. Thus, the foreign players will be staying with Japanese host families during this period."
Ego continued, "I've already arranged the host families. There will be no swapping or complaining."
Ignoring the boos and defeated groans, Ego spoke, "So, without further delay, I'll announce who each German will be accommodated by. Grim will be staying with Aryu, Ness will be staying with Chigiri… "
"And finally, Kaiser," Ego added, his voice deliberately slower, "you will be staying with Isagi. I'm sure you two will find it... interesting."

Summary
When Higuruma was defeated, Yuuji took up the Executioner’s Sword and slew Sukuna before being massacred by the curse in return. Both died that day so that peace could reclaim Japan.
However, it is when Sukuna is reborn in the body of a human child without any powers and with Yuuji as his twin brother that he realises he, the King of Curses, had been cursed by that damned brat.
