"Atsushi was brought back to cold, empty nights in which the only warm thing he felt was his own blood spilling onto the ground and the taste of flesh in between his teeth. It should’ve scared him more when after a while blood had started to smell sickeningly sweet. He always wanted more so Byakko took more, she wanted to give him a full stomach, and so she did."
Atsushi struggles to draw the line between food, himself and blood. The best food he'd ever eaten at the Orphanage were ones warm and alive, the memory hazy and blurred. Naturally Dazai notices, and of course Ranpo does to.
This Fic is still in progress!! So more is coming ;p! The title is a Mitski song. And Atsushi's POV's are a bit unreliable so Dazai is gonna reel it back in. still working on the estimate of chapters!!
