Summary
Maxi and Riftan married under a hastily arranged marriage where the burden of the dragon campaign was put on Riftan shoulders without any say in the matter.
After the disastrous wedding night Maxi found that Riftan did end up leaving a piece of him behind
Now Maxi has to navigate motherhood all by herself while living under the watchful eye of her abusive father. All while her heart is longing for the man she’d been forced to marry.
Riftan in the meantime is all but clueless to the existence of his child until he returns three years later. He’s longed for Maxi for so long that he’s willing to do anything for her.

Summary
At the mere age of sixteen, Maximilian Croix has been pronounced as dead.

Nornui, the center towers of magic, sent reinforcements in order to help the Allied Forces. The army was relieved at the sight of more food, supplies, and a barrage of the best sorcerers in the tower who could help with the extermination of Sektor and tip the battle in their favor.
As the troops celebrated, Riftan could only stare at the one wizard with the shockingly familiar red hair.
