Larry has an alternate solution. It just might take him a while to get there. It might help if he could figure out why he's so angry about Marian's engagement.
Meanwhile, determined that his cousin not sacrifice her happiness for him, Oscar tracks Maud down, with a third solution in mind. Good thing he doesn't tell anyone in New York about his plans. Clear communication would make everything much too easy.

Summary

Hunter is used to change, by now. Used to the constant travel, and uprooting, and messiness that his upbringing wrought. All he’s ever known was a life with his uncle, moving from town to town, doing the Lord’s work in eradicating monsters from human civilization.
But he isn't human, and he never was. After one fateful night he loses everything he's ever known, and he's left floundering after finding out how much of that was a lie. Now he's stuck in a small town of supernatural entities with no idea how to play nice with others. Who thought this was a good idea? Ten minutes later, someone knocked on her door. Ochako had opened it without thinking too much of her charcoal face mask, mochi print robe, and bunny slippers.
It was none other than Katsuki Bakugou, with a container labeled “sugar” in hand and his hair messier than usual, as if he had been rudely awakened even though it was 7:15 AM on a Saturday. He also sported some comfy-looking joggers and had forgone a shirt.
It had been pretty obvious he was not expecting to see her face behind that door, as he looked as taken aback by her presence as she did by his. He had recovered faster than she did, and eyed her suspiciously while demanding to know why she was here, the sugar container held securely in his grasp. Ochako’s brain reeled, and she was able to put two and two together astonishingly fast now that she did not have mimosas in her system.
She was going to kill Mina.
