Decisions had to be taken by the military brass, always looking for the common good. Decisions that not always benefit individuals. She was no more than an Alliance slave and it had begun to break her. A rotten but valuable apple in the N7 that they all had contributed to create. A collateral damage from the geth attack. A product of a war.
