Summary
At the day of Ganondorf's coronation he and Link encounters Ghirahim in a pool of his own malice. Darkness etches itself deep within his soul before Link has the chance to come to terms with the sudden memories that re-emerge, leaving the Gerudo king cursed and another fatal mistake to Hylia's tally.
But Ganondorf pleads with him to purge the evil within him in order to save his people, starting a torturous journey of purification with no guarantee of success.
This story takes place between between Skyward Sword and Ocarina of Time.
