“You should go to a temple in the city.” It was on the third day that the god finally spoke. If Yuichi had been expecting a voice like the crack of thunder, or the crash of waves, he would have been disappointed. This voice was incredible in its mundanity; the rustle of the wheat stalks in the breeze, the squeak of a field mouse running through the grass. If he hadn’t been listening for it, Yuichi would have missed it. “You should go to a real temple. Get some real gods to bless you. I’m not much of one myself, but I could put in a good word for you.”
Yuichi builds a tiny temple on a whim to see what kind of god will show up. A few days later, Kiyoshi arrives.

As a person who worked for a stationery company, if there was one thing Adachi Kiyoshi never expected anyone at the office to do for fun, it was scrapbooking.
The latest surprise Kurosawa brought home for Adachi was definitely... a surprise. But you know what? Relationships are about figuring things out and making things work, and also, apparently he loves one (1) man who does exactly things like this.
