    Summary

Kate Sharma is an upstart progressive U.S. Representative from an immigrant family in Brooklyn. Anthony Bridgerton is a moderate Republican Senator from a family that’s been a cornerstone of New York politics for generations. They might share a constituency, but that seems like the extent of what these two rivals-across-the-aisle have in common… or is it?

As the country descends into chaos leading up to the 2020 election, two members of Congress from New York forge an unlikely connection that might just turn Washington on its head – and their own lives in the process.
