Listen, Buck is not the kind of person who generally thinks of others as ugly. It may sound cliché and cheesy but he genuinely does believe there’s beauty in everyone. If someone is a decent person, then he doesn’t see what might be considered as flaws in their physical appearance. So, if he actually liked Tommy he probably wouldn’t care. He’d be a little surprised that he looks different than he thought, and then he’d move on.
But he doesn’t like Tommy. Tommy may be one of the most annoying people Buck has ever met.
And he’s also very, very ugly.

Summary
When a tentative bond between Buck and Abby—one Buck hadn't even known about—starts rotting, with Abby abandoning him and going on her Eat, Pray, Love trip, Buck is left sinking rapidly into an Omega Drop—one that is bound to kill him this time around. Surrounded by friends, halfway into a 24-hour shift, Buck drops without anyone realizing it but Eddie, who springs into action.

Summary
“Whose place did you go back to?” Eddie murmurs.
“Mine.” Buck coughs, cheeks burning, with a painful and sudden awareness of the fact that he's just admitted to fucking his ex in Eddie's bedroom. “Well, yours, but–um, it was mine. At the time.”
Eddie’s eyes glint. Buck has rarely seen him make a face like that before. It's almost disorienting—a flash of lightning, there and gone, and Buck feels like he’s standing on another precipice. Of what, he doesn’t know. “Do you still… have feelings for him?”
“God, no.” Buck shakes his head with enough force to snap his neck. “Hell-fucking-no. We were so wasted. Also," he grimaces, "the morning after, he said something, and I got pissed, and then I said something. Pretty mean, actually. End of story.”
“Is it?” Eddie’s brow lifts, prying, and a stripe of heat plummets from Buck’s chest, straight through his gut. “What aren’t you telling me?” His tone isn’t cold anymore, just cautious, even gentle, and Buck can feel himself folding against his better judgement, like paper to a flame.

Or: Eddie jumps off of bridges so Buck doesn’t. Little does he know, he takes Buck’s heart with him every time.

Eddie opens his mouth. Closes it. Finally, he settles on, “You told your parents you’re married? To a man?”
Chimney and Hen both glance at him with twin looks that clearly mean he’s on his own with telling the rest of the story. Which—they had no problem teasing and joking about it three seconds ago, but now that Buck has to really get to the heart of the issue, they’re leaving it to him?
Go fucking figure.
“I told my parents,” Buck says, rubbing at the bridge of his nose with closed eyes, “that I’m married to you.”
or, buck and eddie go to hershey for buck's high school reunion. the only problem? everyone thinks that they're married.
