After years of strangling my gender and begging it to make sense, this makes sense. This makes so much sense that I want to die.
I'd always refused to let myself look into genderfluidity, because I didn't want it. I'd thought it a bothersome identity (in the same way you hate yourself, but love others. I didn't want it, but if it fit for someone else I would've accepted them without hesitation.)
I rejected it as an identity because in my head it was always "the identity that I'd have to wake up every morning and go 'he/him today' 'she/her today'", but I'd never considered just... doing whatever the fuck.
Cause I hate being boxed into one label, and agender never really fit even though I wanted it to, and I love skirts, but some days I wake up and feel so dysphoric.
MAN, I remember when I bought this really cute dress, and woke up the next day horribly miserable.
I think I'd be a mix of agender and genderfluid.
Just-- me.
I dunno, but this fic definitely helped me figure out some sorta direction.
Sweetest fic ever, I love queer fics that make you feel like "wow, I can be loved even if I think otherwise." -
