Vanitas opened the door completely and quickly scanned the room.
Everything was normal except that the window was wide open and Noé was kneeling on the floor in front of the toilet, shaking hands grabbing the seat and his head hanging exhaustedly above the toilet.
It took a few moments for Vanitas to realize what was going on and when the fact that Noé was feeling sick and that he was probably going to throw up right in front of him hit him, his breath started to choke him, his stomach practically turned around, his fingers started to tremble again and his legs felt terribly weak.
