Remus was always proud of who he was, for the most part anyway. He had known he was gay since he was eleven, and he had held that identity proudly since.
Sirius did not have that sort of luck, he, like Remus, had known he was gay since he was eleven. Though he pretended it wasn’t there, for the past five years, he pushed away any sort of feelings he held towards any man, forcing himself to crush on the girls in his year.
He ignored every longing stare that he and Remus shared, forcing himself to believe it was nothing. It wasn’t till a drunken kiss at a party he realised those feelings couldn’t be ignored forever.
