Summary
Harry knows that he and Nick were meant to be. Just not yet. They've got time for that, yeah? They can be all Ed Sheeran, "we found love right where we are," old and boring together later.
When this certainty collapses in the blink of an eye, Harry struggles to come to terms with a life in which he could lose Nick, in which no matter what he sacrifices, Nick might not wake up.

Summary
He never told them the tale of the rude, green eyed prick whom pushed him down on his knees behind a sandhill and made him swallow his cock. And he never told them of how he stuck to his side like a lost puppy until they jumped off the train in London, his arse aching as he limped down the stairs. And he definitely did not tell them how his eyes were red and swollen with tears as they hugged goodbye inside the train station, whispering unimportant shit in each other's ears before parting ways, never to see each other again.

Summary
One Direction broke up five years ago, but there was always the bungalow.
(Or: Louis, Liam, Niall, and Zayn keep tradition and visit the bungalow every year. They don't speak much outside of that long weekend, and there's always an air of unfamliarity, like maybe it's just for show now, but the four of them refuse to accept that fate. There's also something, someone, missing, and, though he never shows up, Harry always leaves cold beer in the fridge and a key under the mat. Until one year when the door is unlocked and there's a deep red convertible Jag parked in the drive.)
