Summary
Bells chimed in Hiyori’s ear.
“Why is a raven like a writing desk?” asked a voice.
A jolt shot down her spine. It was not a familiar voice at all, but like the bells, it was so close to her that she could hardly believe the speaker wasn’t at her shoulder.
The silver hoop continued to slowly turn, and Hiyori strained her eyes to make out the features of the person lounging in it.
The bell-tipped jester’s hat cast a shadow over his forehead, and the lower half of his face was obscured by a scarf drawn up and knotted loosely around his neck. The ends of it trailed down to flutter near his crossed ankles.
The hoop completed another quarter-rotation. The figure stood up suddenly, his body elongating with catlike grace. His chin tilted down, regarding the enthralled crowd below him.
“Because they can each produce a few notes.” -

Summary
Hiyori follows his gaze downward, where she can just make out the extravagant costumes of Heaven’s upper class twirling in the streets. They’ll probably be at it until dawn, when the Regalia head out. And then they’ll go back out the following night, and the one after, and the one after that, and every day that follows; an endless parade of indulgence, gods among men.
“Sickening, isn’t it?” says Yato.

Summary
Faced with rapidly approaching duties of a governor's daughter, Hiyori Iki wishes to enjoy her last months of freedom doing what she loves most- (secretly) reading about swashbuckling pirates, rummaging through her (missing) brother’s study, and playing around with a (stolen) pistol. But, when she gets a chance to accompany two young outlaws on a hunt for a legendary weapon, she can't resist the call of the grand sea-bound adventure she'd always dreamed of- or answers she might find along the way.

Summary
A work exploring the events that took place before the calamity- detailing Link's chaotic ascendance into the royal guard, his first meetings with each of the champions, Zelda, and the people who raised him. [Complete!]
"Link tossed the sword down. It stayed upright, embedded into the dirt and mud. He wanted to tell her just how desperately he’d wanted to reject it and put it back into its pedestal. The way he ran and lied, and was still lying. King Rhoam was the one who insisted the truth be buried, but Link didn’t utter a word of protest. He may have come clean, but he had no intention of coming clean to all of Hyrule.
He felt he didn’t owe Hyrule anything. But the question remained, just how much did he owe Zelda?"

Summary
“Are you really a god?”
The question is unfathomably stupid.
He stands in the middle of the crowd around the shrine, unnoticed by any except her. A presence like salt, like ice, among the surrounding embers of mortality.
“Yes.”
His right arm reaches up, slightly toward her, but then he lets it fall limp back to his side.
“And you should have forgotten me long before now, Iki Hiyori.”in which Iki Hiyori and the Yatogami encounter each other hundreds of years ago rather than yesterday; in which he is known only as the magatsukami; in which she cannot seem to shake the certainty that she was always meant to meet him.

Summary
He was a knight, like his father was before him, and his father before him. He had been given a sword and shield to serve and protect his kingdom. He knew courage, charisma, and true companionship.
His destiny had been set for him, one that would be writ with blood and tears into the history of Hyrule. He was not aware of this fate. He would never have guessed that he would raise a Hero to wield the sword that sealed the darkness.
A chronicle of the son's life through the eyes of the father. Note: Despite being part of a series, this could probably stand alone.

Summary
Hyrule prepares for war as Calamity stirs. Champions are appointed great beasts to protect their lands. An ancient army of weapons built for this very purpose is awoken to action. The gears of a plan 10,000 years in the making begin to click into place. It needs a new hero who will aid the goddess-blood princess in sealing darkness away.
A young but talented knight named Link is plucked right out of the royal guard for this very task. He soon discovers that the fighting isn't the hard part - Princess Zelda is beautiful, clever, and VERY good at running away.
It takes both Wisdom and Courage to reconcile fate and freedom, duty and passion, success and failure. This story follows our hero and princess as they go from reluctant allies to friends, friends to best friends, and best friends to... well, we'll see.
Alternating POV, but a little more time in Link's. Will reference/depict all memories as of DLC2 with some changes in order because it's absolutely infuriating how geographically ridiculous they are if you go by the official chronology.
