Summary
So in the sweet post-divorce spot, when Frank starts to feel a tug in his heart that tells him that his feelings for Mel are starting to take a turn, he is determined not to listen to them, because he doesn't want to fuck up that relationship, too.
If there is anything that can be said about Frank Langdon, it is that he is stubborn. Unfortunately, in his stubbornness, he misses five very vital clues that tell him that he is being a moron.
(Or: 5 times Frank missed the fact that Mel was really trying to give him a big old clue.)

Bookmarker's Notes
Continually delighted by how Langdon and Garcia are written by this author:
He does still see Garcia - a lot, actually, which is great, because he would miss his old frenemy otherwise. "How's my favorite strong woman I'm not intimidated by?" he greets her, which is an inside joke that makes her laugh and makes Hopkins boy furious.
Good, and fuck him too.
"I'm good," she says after Hopkins boy leaves the lounge. "You know, Langdon. I like you. I do. You know that, right?"

Bookmarker's Notes
It is at that moment that Yoyo walks into the lounge. She raises an eyebrow at the scene of the two of them. Frank does not stick his tongue out at her, but he thinks about it.
"Do I owe you twenty bucks yet, Langdon?"
"I hate you," he says cheerfully. "And no."
"Are you sure about that?"
"Don't you surgeons have your own little doctor's lounge?"
"We do, and it's bigger and better, but since I'm called down here so often to solve ED's problems, I figure I'm owed some of your food and coffee," Garcia says breezily. "And observe your utter lack of game."

Summary
They're big on acceptance, in NA. Frank mostly thinks it's bullshit, but it's not like what he was doing before was working any better, so he's giving it his best shot. He's accepted that he can't trust himself, and he's accepted that he's never going to get back what he had before, and he can accept that there's nothing for him and Robby to say to each other, now, too. He can do that.

Summary
The thing about Robby is; she starts a lot of thoughts like this, unable to complete them. It's not that she's trying to describe him, even less trying to excuse him, but rather to contain him. The thing about Robby is, she doesn't know. She's trying to figure it out.
