Summary
Aleus, the human child, was never loved by anyone. Not even his own mother. After all, how could humans ever love a demon?
Pedahzur, the newborn god, was loved only by his prophet. Later, he learned about kindness and blessings, and won the love of his believers. He's loved by many, and hates no one.
Ziddim, the other side of the coin, was the result of duty and responsibility. Although he was loved by many, he couldn't afford to care for them. He's feared as much as he's loved, and hates no one regardless of his actions.
No-name god/human/demon is... nothing. Loved by no one, feared by no one, acknowledged by no one... manipulated by everyone.
Alante wants to be human, and so, he is human. He is truly loved by those he likes and truly feared by those he hates. To be able to like and hate by yourself... In his humble opinion, the authentic free will that comes with mortality can never be replaced by the fake bloody benefits of godhood.
