Daniil rolled his eyes, but despite his best efforts, a grin broke out across his face. "How insatiable. Does treating patients really get you going?"
"No, but their gorgeous doctor does," purred Artemy as smoothly as he could manage. While he didn't succeed in coming off as suave, Daniil still chuckled at his cheesy flattery as Artemy leaned closer behind him to ghost his lips along the shell of his ear, and Artemy didn't think there was a sound in the world more dulcet than Daniil's affectionate laughter. "He's a real showstopper, that one. Quite handsome, though some might say he's a bit of a dandy. And have you seen the hot blond nurse that follows him around?"
"Christ, Tyoma, you're ridiculous." Daniil's smile was audible, full of begrudging endearment, and he shook his head while running his gloved hands up Artemy's arms where they circled his waist. "So you're my assisting nurse, now? It seems to me like you'd prefer to be the patient receiving treatment."

Daniil offers to give a very (un)professional physical examination to his lover. Artemy is more enthusiastic than either would have expected.
