Maxwell just tuned out the conversations instead, glancing around the street. It was dark, and unlike home, where the street lamps took up entire avenues, and the light pollution was so strong you could barely make out the clouds, here, the stars were scattered on full display. Not that Maxwell liked stargazing. He didn't.
