All the while growing her fame as a healer at St. Mungo's saving countless lives and creating new medical spells that changed the course of magical medicine. Her focus ruined her relationships and now she is all alone in a world she can't seem to stop from falling apart.
For ten years, Draco watched from afar. Also barely keeping it together through the death of his wife and mother and navigating single fatherhood. Draco devoted himself to making the world a better place for his son and trying to save the Malfoy name by working as an Auror, Draco becomes a master ward maker and detective.
When someone breaks into Hermione's flat and starts leaving body parts in their way, Draco and Hermione are forced together for the first time since their 8th year together. They must put their heads together before more bodies start piling up.
