Summary
How long has it been since Stolas last begged to be fucked? Since he last sent Blitz a mile-long text detailing some filthy new fantasy he'd thought up? Since he last gave any indication at all that he's still interested in what Blitz has to offer? Stolas's horny texts and playact flirtations have turned into restrained messages giving Blitz opportunities to bail every full moon or—even worse—suggesting they meet up to talk. Has this whole arrangement been teetering on the edge of disaster since that shit-show at Ozzie's, and Blitz hadn't even noticed?
Blitz believes Stolas has gotten bored of their full moon deal. Afraid of losing the grimoire, he's determined to do whatever's necessary to reignite Stolas's interest in him. Unfortunately, Blitz has read the situation all wrong.
A different take on S2E8 "Full Moon". See author's notes.

Summary
In the reflection of the dark window, he sees it: that sullen gray smear through his steel-blue feathers. He had seen it the night before, as he stood dripping on the bathroom linoleum. In the mirror then, it had been dull and limp with water. In the window now, it is shockingly pale and unruly.
The morning following the trial, Stolas struggles to process all that has happened.

Summary
"Newt knows the walls Hermann erects around himself are as thick and impenetrable as the parka he wears. Even after three years of written correspondence and two years of working with the man, Newt's never seen them crack. But now he's watching Hermann smoking and looking out at the ocean with something that looks like longing and - grief? - and Newt feels like he's accidentally stumbled onto the other side of the wall - and he doesn't know what he sees there."

Summary
"Newt plops down on the well-worn couch in the back of the lab. His belly is heavy from dinner. Chow fun is one dish the kitchen staff does right, and he had eaten more than was probably advisable. Hermann had mumbled something about decorum and firmly turned his eyes from the scene in a show of - well, it wasn't exactly disgust. With the way Hermann's mouth had turned into a determined line against the pink of his cheeks, Newt isn't really sure what it was, but right now he's uncomfortably bloated and not too motivated to figure it out."
